Great food and generally good service

Went here with two other friends today, all of our first time eating at Deano's. We all loved our food! I got the Talk of the Town burger, it was delicious! We had great service and our waitress was very nice. I will definitely be returning.

Very good food and service and reasonable price and reasonable portion

I have been there twice. First lunch, then breakfast. Sarah took care of us both times and did an excellent job. Very good food for a reasonably price. Nice atmosphere. Friendly staff, friendly diners. I have not had the pork tenderloin sandwich but I have seen a couple. What a monster!

Always enjoy Deanos

Have been here quite a few times. Food is pretty good. The giant breaded tenderloin is great. The service has been a bit hit or miss. But the food stays consistently good.The inside was recently updated, and despite being a smaller dining room, its nicely done and pretty clean.The reason for 3 stars is mostly the inconsistant service. Last visit I had to track down a waitress for refills, napkins, silverware...and most the time it wasn't the girl who had taken our order. Also there was only about 3 other tables other tables, and a couple carry outs. A little tweeking on the service and I would gladly take it up a star.

Really good food and service. Hadn't been there for a long time for food and the breakfast was great...including hand-pattied sausage! Wow!!

Oh my Gosh!! Where to start. The staff is crazy friendly! Mom and Pop diner makes you feel like family from the moment you walk through the door. Off the beaten path so worth it! The fries are extra crispy and flavorful, the pepperoni pizza and sauce on hand toss dough amazing hot, and just as amazing cold.. is that even possible!? My husband had the cluck deluxe pizza and was loving it (sorry no pic). Call ahead, take out, dine in or deliver it is so very worth it. Please check this diner out.

Great place to eat, good home cooked food,,large proportions, daily specials, lots to choose from. Reasonable priced. Friendly small home town atmosphere. A+

Amazing fish fry every Friday night

Very fast service and good quality food hadn't been in here since I was 17 so it's been quite a few years.

Lunch was good. I felt bad for our waitress. She was running ragged. They sure could use more help. So if anyone is looking for a job, they have a sign posted.

Like Friday night fish all you can eat

Great classic diner. Very friendly personal.Super prices. Nice small menu with burgers, pizza and salads. Had a nice conversation with the owner (?) about our road trip (we’re from Germany) and even got a free shirt.Thank you very much :)

Had the fish dinner. It came with French fried potatoes. Wonderfully GBD ( golden brown delicious)

Back in December, my daughter and I stumbled across this little piece of heaven, that I had passed many, many times in the past. Since then, we've been back 3 more times, bringing more of my family each time. Needless to say, we all love Deanos. I live in Topeka, and am fine to drive to Ashley to enjoy your place. The girls are great, and as friendly as you'll find, the food is absolutely wonderful, and you'll not match the price for the whole experience, anywhere. On a scale of 1 to 5, you're a 10!

Exactly what you'd expect form a small-town dinner. Clean, simple, friendly. The pork loin schnitzel could feed a family for a week. Good flavour but the sheer size is comical.

Food was awesome and cheap. Very small diner with less than 10 tables. Service was really fast and friendly. Ordered tenderloin and fish. Both came out fantastic, and tenderloin was big enough to feed a whole family. Will def be coming back here again.

Absolutely wonderful home town diner. I suggest the barn burger or big daddy sub for lunch, breakfast bowl loaded for breakfast, and last but not least dinner I'd say large blt pizza. They also deliver so by all means hit them up.

So I guess at deanos a 8 pc chicken is whatever they say it is. Got one w 3 thighs,3 legs,1 wing and 1 breast...called and they said I had to tell them I wanted A WHOLE CHICKEN colonal Sanders would be turning in his grave. I want to see that chicken!!won't ever get another 1$ from me

Pretty decent food and selection. The staff has been very friendly each time visiting. Sometimes smells a bit too greasy though.

I love the food....but I gave them only 4 because I came out smelling like fried food all day. Please fix this, would love to eat here more.

Wonderful hidden gem. Cozy place with good food and the staff treats you like family(Don't ask to borrow money, hehe). Affordable prices for good proportions. Daily specials posted on their Facebook page as well as a menu. Definitely added to my goto list.
